Projects are invoiced upon receipt of your approval to proceed. Please note that all invoices are due upon receipt. Invoices that are not paid within 30 days of the delivery of the translation will incur a late charge equal to 5% of the undiscounted project amount for each 30 day period that the bill remains unpaid. The laws of the state of California apply in all matters related to collecting this debt. In the event that legal fees are incurred, you, the client are liable for these fees in addition to the invoice amount and late fees.
